My experience at Mazda Mall of GA was great. Robert, DJ, and Tyler were awesome to work with. I started my car search with DJ who came in on his off day to help me find a car and was super nice even when it took me a while to decide. He’s very hard working and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service. After a few months of looking elsewhere I eventually ended up returning to Mazda Mall of GA where I then worked with Robert. His upfront-ness and humor made the process very pleasant. He went above and beyond to get me a good deal and was very helpful throughout the purchase and after. I would definitely recommend him also. Once I settled on a car, I got the pleasure of working with Tyler who was super nice and joy to work with. He made the paperwork, that would normally be exhausting, quite enjoyable. My experience was so pleasant that my grandmother decided to buy a car from here as well. She also worked with Robert and he was just as helpful to her. Then she worked with Michael who was very kind and genuine. Over all, 10/10 would most definitely recommend.

He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features and making sure the car was comfortable for me to drive off in. He got us the exact price we wanted and expected, and was extremely friendly and patient, even when dealing with another customer at the same time towards closing time. It was definitely worth the 1 hour one-way drive from our house to Buford for the level of care and attention we received! I’d worked through an out-the-door price with Dylan prior to actually visiting the lot. Dylan was very easy to work with and super responsive. I made an appointment to visit the dealership the next day, where my wife and I met Robert Schmidt. He was very friendly, personable and respectful in introducing himself to my wife and me. Very friendly staff. My sales person was Robert. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was patient and took the time to go over every detail of the buying process. At closing he made sure I was completely comfortable with how my new car worked. He didn't miss anything. Definitely go to Mazda to buy and I would ask for Robert.
