I purchased a used BMW , I was impressed with my sales associate and with his knowledge of the car. The drivers mirror was missing and I was informed it had been ordered and will be replaced, when I brought it back for replacement , I was in and out in no time. Service was great. Check engine light returned when restarted. I thought the replacement of sensors were to eliminate all warning lights.i hope I won?t have a problem with my next inspection.

I'm from NH visiting family. My car started acting up. The Mazda customer call center scheduled me when Denton Mazda didn't really have the availability or capacity. I drove almost two hours on a bad engine. John Monigold was very understanding of my situation and as helpful as he could. He went out of his way to ensure I didn't drive there for nothing. They diagnosed and gave a few options. Everyone there was very friendly. I definitely recommend them.

I can always appreciate being able to set-up and fulfill a service appointment in the same day. The free wash afterwards was nice! I will be returning.

The staff here at Hiley Mazda of Hurst is really helpful. Rich Longworth the sales manager who worked with us and helped us finalize our car is a real gem and treats hiss customer both personally and professionally. A real soft spoken person. Service department is courteous. I highly recommend this dealeship.

Wife found car she wanted. I contacted 11 dealers. 8/11 were basically same offer. Leo listened to what I asked, answered specific questions, and made the best deal. We bought from out of state, but it was a simple and smooth purchase. Drove over, spent 2 hours completing the purchase process, and drove home with new car. Nice dealership, friendly employees, wait for oil change is too long I was there 2-1/2 hours today. They try to upsell as do all dealers, you just have to know your vehicle and have some common sense.

I took the vehicle in for a recall item today and had the best experience ever from a service department. The service advisor was Sixtos Rodriguez. He is amazing at customer service.
