After a lot of research I decided to stop into Mazda of Palm Beach to look at a CX-5 for my parents. I was quickly greeted by Richie Delorantis (Richard Delorantis), who was phenomenal. Even though it required getting drenched in the rain, he worked to find what I was looking within budget. I was able to get a great deal and pickup the car the same day. The dealership itself is very clean, has refreshments for customers and everyone was very polite. Overall a very pleasant, relaxed experience. Mazda of Palm Beach's approach to sales is one I'm definitely in favor of, and I'm looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. Sales person, Bill Hicks, did a terrific job. He was patient and attentive and an overall gentleman. However, the finance person with whom I signed documents needs a lesson in interpersonal communication.

I was met promptly and directed to Se my service advisor. He took the time to listen to my reason for bringing the car in and was very communicative throughout my wait (my choice). He is very thorough and explains everything. I had been there a few times before and can say, things are really much better, Glad to have them so close to home.
