Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. The car was as advertised. Price negotiations were painless and easy, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and open with the whole process. I paid in cash which helped expedite the process.
