Great experience took the ferry over from CT the dealership was about 30 min from ferry my sales rep Mercy was amazing! Most all of the paperwork was taken care of b4 I got there. Owning this car, and drives like rocket with F1 turbo tech and 4CYL. Engine difference is just surprising. Love the steering and looking forward to upgrade to 21' rims and apply upgrades.

This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

My C43 AMG is an absolute blast to drive. Nimble handling and tremendous performance. The interior is beautifully laid out. The ride is a little stiff but overall a fantastic car.

I purchased a Volkswagen at another dealership as I was unable to locate the vehicle I wanted at this dealership. I was not l treated differently or given any dirty looks. Flo was my service writer and she was very respectful and help me with the situation that thankfully was covered under warranty. She was very knowledgeable and treated me really nice and just for the respect on the knowledge gives me more of a reason to continue to go back to Volkswagen nanuet

This car is a masterpiece of engineering and looks good from all angles in coupe form. The interior has the right blend of old school buttons, dials and displays giving it a luxurious look and feel you expect from Mercedes. It looks more like a fighter cockpit inside. The seats are comfortable and very supportive as a daily driver. The 3.0L twin turbo engine is superb and only marginally slower than a C63 getting you closer to 4.1s 0-60/0-100 times than the stated 4.7s. There’s not many cars on the road that will outgun the C43. The optional sports exhaust is a must have, I never turn it off. The 69/31 spilt rear biased 4matic system keeps the car firmly planted in all conditions. The car is packed with more safety systems than you could want. I have 18” wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s that soak up the bumps and eliminates skidding/jumping you sometimes get on cold mornings. Avoid the 19” with run-flats at all cost. As an overall package there are not many cars that hold a candle to the C43. I absolutely love this car.

Owned a W205 C43 AMG coupe and loved it. Wasn’t practical for a family so went to a couple SUV’s. Then this pure F1 tech machine came out and I had to have it! I love the new F1 tech, the handling, standard rear steering, ride quality and interior tech. Definitely recommend!

This is an amazing car. The performance is fantastic and handling is really good. The interior is laid out in leather and impeccably stitched. The ride is firm, as one should expect from a performance vehicle.

Omar and Jeff were fantastic to say the least. After the most HORRIFIC experiences within the past month, my boyfriend and I were spent; both mentally and financially. Empty promises to say the least, hard credit checks OVER AND OVER AND OVER followed by no responses AT ALL, down payment after down payment for cars that were NOTHING at all like the listing, salespeople, and pictures promised.....and then a breath of fresh air. We received a phone call in the evening, and the day after we were driving home in our new car. Omar was so responsive, honest, and direct. I was primarily looking for M4, but after test driving C43 it won my heart instantly. Transmission, acceleration, turns, etc. are lot smother but sportier than BMW.... Id highly recommend this car.
