My experience was 10/10. From the first time I called and spoke with Lorraine (salesperson), very knowledgeable and helpful. It was positive experience. Then when I was finally ready to purchase a used vehicle, Lorraine gave me the information I needed in regards of the car I was interested in. On a Monday I called and spoke with the Finance Department manager, Michelle, and again the experience was 10/10. Michelle answered all my questions. The car is the nicest and best fit and finish of any other car I've owned. Id love for more power but the power it has is delivered very well. I make excuses to drive it.

The Mercedes C63S Convertible with the RennTech Engine Package is in a world of its own. I have owned Porsches, Ferraris,Lamborghinis and Corvettes and this car is in a class by itself : Style,Performance, Ride and Class.

Amazing customer service! Very fast and efficient, and convenient times to schedule servicing. The rep that helped me out that day was very friendly and was able to assist me with all the questions and made everything run smoothly.

After owning this car for 2.5 years I never had any driving experience like this besides driving in my C63 with its violent and raw power and very willing to burn off its own tires also very powerful torque, but it also has it luxurious amenities like comfortable seat’s and overall ok build quality maybe except the footwell with has hard plastic that is not desirable same with the reliability but what do you expect of reliability of a bi-turbocharged v8. Overall I love my C63 and its engaged driving experience!

Blacked out- the sun only finds its way in at the apex of noon, this I like for my long commute. Fantastic. Luxury. Seat warmers. Cruise features so safe you can set exactly how close (by feet) you want to come to the vehicle ahead of you.

The best or nothing! Best AMG bang for your buck. Asking price was $75,000, with an additional $1,000 off. Dealers do not like to negotiate with you for these AMG models. Drove like it was on rails with all the power and handing you could ask for!

This is the 2nd AMG C63 I have owned. I currently have the C63 s coupe. It looks great and seems like it will perform Very well. I can’t wait until I get past the 1000 break in period to see what she’ll really do.

As usual very good service from Keith, Terry and John (service). I have always been well treated by these folks. I have bought so many cars everyone knows me. They are always willing to help in anyway they can. The deal has to work for both seler and buyer and they have done well. Hopefully, there will be another newvPorshe for me in the future. Fast and Fun car. But Technology Pkgs Like Navigation System, Parking Assistance and Key-less System Not Always working the way it should be. Car media system interface is so poor and bad design. My advice if you have a plan to buy it make sure has andriod/apple play and don't add parking assistance.

I recently purchased a vehicle from James Motors in Lexington. I have to say it was my best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. I'm a single, older woman and the process can be intimidating. But, there was none of the usual pressure or haggling back and forth. They were super easy to deal with and even went above and beyond by allowing me to take the car early because they were experiencing computer issues. I would have expected this had I been purchasing a $120,000 Mercedes, but I was purchasing a USED vehicle. Be sure to ask for Danny Arnold.

It’s expensive, and I’m worried about maintenance costs and reliability. Idk what I’ll do when the warranty runs out but until then I am enjoying it a lot!! Beautiful car, amazing performance. Only thing I really don’t like is paying for it. Seriously, it’s a lot of $$$

At first i was little hesitated due to condition of this dealer. Also there were no customer parking spaces and just jam packed with luxury cars in their parking lot. Just went in to check out 2021 Lexus rx350 for my family car. My first day with Terrie, I was quickly trying to get a quote. He was very straight forward with his deal but I still wanted to check out other dealers as well. So i left and went to other dealers to check on other cars they have and figure out the numbers. The next day, I went back to Terrie and made my purchase. I did test drove it and looked for any flaws on this car. I found one spot that had a small dent, but they fixed it for me. This dealer and staffs were amazing! i had a great easy experience with them. I will definitely come back to them when i need a new car or recommend them to my friends as well who needs a new car. I am enjoying driving my 2021 Lexus Rx350 right now and my children are smiling because they are too enjoying this car. Again thank you Terrie and Zaad for helping out our family!

The vehicle is very fun to drive. Great performance and the styling is very nice. It is also very easy to drive for the amount of performance you get.
