A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle. I recently bought a used SL600 from RoadSide. The company is business own. The owner of the company ask me and assited me with any questions or concerns. That's a true sign of a great dealership when the owner isn't afraid to leave his office. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgable. He has prior experience working at other dealerships and it shows. The finace associate is very thorough. This is a great asset to look for when purchasing a new or old car.
