I was looking at purchasing a 2021 E53 cabriolet remotely. David Olsen was fantastic and spent the time taking pictures and walking the vehicle facetime with me. After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. Buying my BMW SUV at Atlanta Autos was a great experience. Terry Payne was a total gentleman and and the ultimate salesman. He answered every question and if he didn't have the answer he found out what I needed to know from someone else. The two issues that I had, he took care of them quickly and got them resolved. In the end, Roger handled my paperwork quickly and Terry came out and did the final walk through, a new car photo shoot, and I was out the door!!!
