I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. Location is convenient - near the exit, parking available, easy to find. Inside it’s peaceful, no chaos. Lots of cars, and you can get details on any of them. I was shown a report right away and had time to inspect everything. Bought a Ford Edge - engine’s clean, everything works.

Really impressed with this dealership, particularly the service department. I was driving two kids to college, got a flat tire coming across the Tappan Zee bridge, 20 minutes into a 9 hour trip, happened upon them, had my tire changed in under an hour and on my way again. Fast, professional and a terrific experience. I was so impressed, I may have them regularly service my car even though I live in CT.
