Went well. Only problem was it took eight months for Ford to get it to the dealership.

Took my car in for overnight service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. In particular my overnight advisor Adam, who provided excellent service and advice. He made sure I felt comfortable asking about anything and throughly explained every issue, made the process easy and seamless.

I entered, 23-25 Toyota Camry awd, in search, and the first car that came up I asked to see it, got quick response and appointment. Then I came and did a test drive. Very friendly and patient staff. Then came again for trade in estimate. Less that couple weeks later I did purchase. I do wish there was more literature that could be reviewed, about different plans available, provided prior to final signing.

My visit was exhilarating this week. Antonio took great care of me and my family. My wife and I are always judged due to our youthful appearance but Antonio was very kind and attentive to our needs. We stopped into Mercedes of Westmont as a second stop in our search for a new car. I am not really a fan of buying new cars, we typically buy a car and drive it until it’s dead, just so we don’t have to go thru the whole purchasing process of getting a new car. Chris at Mercedes of Westmont has completely changed my outlook on buying new cars! He is very professional, but yet relatable and understanding of the process and how to make it a pleasurable experience.
