I took my car in for service because the previous place I took it messed up my alignment. My advisor Bryan Sanchez was FANTASTIC. The tech was amazing as well. They came out and showed me pictures of how something was bent. They were able to get it fixed, they were able to complete my alignment. Every time I come to this dealership. Grant our sales person, worked with us on several occasions to help us finding our new sprinter. He was not pushy, very knowledgeable, well dress, and was very prepared (paperwork, having new vehicle, ready to drive, and just organize). Finance paperwork was also smooth and easy. No pushy up selling. Dealership was real classy, clean, and people were very helpful.

He was not your typical pushy or overly persuasive car salesman, rather he was respectful, attentive, and patient from beginning to end, especially when answering my questions, teaching me how to navigate the technology of the car, setting up the Mercedes app and so forth. Not to mention that due to my initial nervousness I had brought my family along and Griffin also took the time to answer their questions, which I appreciated as I know addressing the comments of multiple people at one time can be a lot to handle.
