I had reached out to several car dealers regarding Mercedes and BMWs and Rodni was the first to respond. Even though I live in Central NJ, his prompt response was impressive so I went out to this dealership a few days later. I unexpectedly needed service on a Sunday on my Mercedes I went to Mercedes of Massapequa and initially met Sam in the back service department He was extremely helpful and then guided me to the main service department I met Julia Collagy there and she immediately helped me to get my service issue resolved Julia was so kind and helpful She quickly took my information and entered all my information into the service data base With in about 20 minutes called me to notify the repair was completed and totally fixed I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and sincere kindness Julia is a tremendous asset to your dealership Mark Costanzo
