his is my 5th Mercedes Benz car and my second car from Mercedes Benz Manhattan. I worked with John Hart, who in my mind, is an exemplary sales professional. John worked with me through all the different models I was interested in until we came up with the right car at the right price. Ultimately, we had one built. Last weekend I went to the dealership to pick up the car. Again, John did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I drove home feeling happy knowing I had made the right choice. John Hart made the entire process as easy and seamless as possible. We also had a little fun along the way. Hans was great as a sales person. Post sales service was not as good. It took over a week to hear from the service people regarding some changes I wanted to make the car I had just bought. When I did speak to someone, the advice was not accurate and priced very high. I ended up using another Mercedes dealership for the requested service.

I owned this car since end of 2020, car is amazing, never gave me any problems. Amazing performance when you put it on sport plus with sounds of 8V and pops of the exhuast. It the best car and nothing like it. Very reliable 25000 mile now, not even one single issue.

I loved that I could bring my kid. While I filled out my paperwork, my son sat in the corner with crayons. The receptionist brought him some water. Small things you don’t expect, but they really make a difference. We’re already looking at a car for my husband.

The beast . The love and hate story. The car gives you so much emotions . It’s crazy . The sound of exhaust and acceleration makes your heart to skip the beat. Reliability is questionable and honestly I would expect better from the MB. But whenever you put it in S+ and put the pedal to the metal - you don’t care how much issues it had in the past . So my verdict is - if you’re ok to deal with reliability issues and ridiculous 10-12MPG fuel economy- this car is definitely worth it ! At least once in the is life ! 💪😇
