Jimi Mingo is an awesome sales person. There were some pricing issues relating to the list price and addendum items were added but not disclosed with the window sticker. The list price was honored. Also was low balled on my trade and had to go to CarMax to get an independent appraisal. My trade was never inspected by Mini.

My new GLC plugin hybrid was having trouble initializing the digital extras. It appears not able to finish the task beyond 24 hours. I reported the problem to my sales. She promptly arranged services and escalated the case to her manager and Mercedes Customer Assistance. A case was created with Customer Assistance directing service to troubleshoot the problem. With a coordinated effort they were able to fix the problem and return my car in pristine condition a few days later. I?m impressed. My experience with them is five-star.

I owned this car since end of 2020, car is amazing, never gave me any problems. Amazing performance when you put it on sport plus with sounds of 8V and pops of the exhuast. It the best car and nothing like it. Very reliable 25000 mile now, not even one single issue.

After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. The beast . The love and hate story. The car gives you so much emotions . It’s crazy . The sound of exhaust and acceleration makes your heart to skip the beat. Reliability is questionable and honestly I would expect better from the MB. But whenever you put it in S+ and put the pedal to the metal - you don’t care how much issues it had in the past . So my verdict is - if you’re ok to deal with reliability issues and ridiculous 10-12MPG fuel economy- this car is definitely worth it ! At least once in the is life ! 💪😇

Everything went well with the buying process until after signing all the documents and paying down payment. After 2+ hours cooling my jets to get the vehicle out of detailing my frustration mounted. Yes I push a little to hurry up the process because I needed to go to Flagstaff, but there was only 1 person in the detail shop. (20 Salesmen standing around?maybe helping out in detail could have gotten a ?5?). Love my truck didn?t like the detailing experience plus it was not done very well.
