My GLC went in for service this week and it might be the best service I have ever had. Jeff, my salesman, offered to pick up my car at my home and leave a loaner. I have bought a few cars from Jeff but I would not expect that, hard for him to sell a car when he is in my driveway! The service department rep, Jeff ASFAHL, was outstanding in keeping me up to date with progress and what they found that needed attention. Jeff was friendly, patient with my questions and knew what he was talking about. I also had the car detailed while it was there and I would give them an A on the inside and an A on outside work. The car was also ready a full day sooner then promised. Could not get much better!

On 7/25 we brought our 2013 auto in for service. We continue to return, although being solicited by a dealership closer to our home because of Hee Soo Hong. He continues to keep our car in the best possible shape. We just had new tires, all levels checked, our air conditioner serviced and whatever he felt necessary. I went into the dealership on Saturday 1/14 looking to purchase a new 2023 E Class, as there are so few in inventory anywhere, I figured I would have to order one, and wait a couple months for it's arrival. I met with Naaman, a superb sales consultant, who took the time to hear exactly what I was looking for, and to work out a deal to purchase out my existing MB vehicle. To my luck, an E-Class was set to be delivered to the dealership with almost all of the options/colors/packages I was looking for. We figured the vehicle would be delivered within two weeks, as it had just arrived in port the day prior. To my luck, the vehicle was delivered the following Thursday, and with the professional and very friendly help and guidance of Finance Manager, Karen Williams, we finalized the deal in less than an hour and I was driving home. Overall, superb, friendly, professional service from Mercedes Benz of Clearwater. I have purchased/leased by two previous MB vehicles through a larger dealership in the area, however the personalized service offered here supersedes my past experience (not to say it was bad by any means...). Thanks again to the entire staff for a great buying experience, I recommend all.

Yesterday I bought a Used car from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. Probably the least expense they had on the lot. But? I was treated like I was buying the top of the line Mercedes. Everyone was veery pleasant even the financial guy?which in my experience is very unusual. He understood my position and reacted favorable. A really nice guy. What blew my mind was that the general manger came by today hello. But the best part of the experience was my salesman. If I was back in the business world I would recruit him in a minute m ore importantly I would want him as a friend, Want to buy a Mercedes?go to Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek and ask for Danny Baptista.

Tyler Grefer is awesome! My wife and I have now purchased our 2nd Mercedes Benz Suv (GLE) and we love it!
