The Sales Manager Jon Butterworth made my entire car buying process happen in less than a half hour over the phone. This was by far the easiest, no hassle buying process I've ever experienced from anywhere, let alone a car dealership. I've put more time and effort into buying a pair of pants than I did buying my car. I asked Jon for a good deal and he gave me a good deal. No back and forth, no smoke and mirrors, no confusion whatsoever. He kept me updated every step of the way, over-nighted my keys directly to my house and even made sure to call me to follow up after my transport driver dropped the car off to me. I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

We picked up a preowned EQS and the transaction was smooth. I'd been in contact with Simon prior to just walking in. I wish they negotiated price, but I guess Autonation dealers stopped doing that...I'm old school, I'd prefer to negotiate. The finance process could have been a bit quicker and smoother. All said, we got there a bit before 1pm and were out around 4pm. We had to stay on top of things during the finance process for a few promised items to ensure we'd get a due bill. Signed a bunch of papers, but when I got to the one that committed my dollars, I to refused to go any further until I got the due bill. Just make sure you know the buying process and advocate for yourself. Every dealer tries to squeeze you, HOI is on the spectrum of one of the better experiences. We didn't experience any high pressure tactics, so we appreciate that. I think Simon and his partner Salem are good sales guys to deal with.
