C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

Service Department certainly provides Great Quality Customer Care !! Service Personnel are professional and knowledgeable of their task assigned .. Only thing I have problem with is : I have to travel from Staten Island, NY to Rahway New Jersey for service maintainance. Really nice interaction with the team. The consultant was polite, no acting. Gave clear answers, didn’t pretend to know everything - looked things up when needed. Earned my respect. They checked the car with me, even lifted it when I asked to check the undercarriage.
