I was in the market for a high-end car and in the process went to 3 MB dealers. I not only chose the best one but ended up with the best MB ambassador, Joe Sangiamino. I would definitely say Mr Catena “knows how to pick’em.” Joe is an asset to the dealership. He was most pleasant to work with and I would be hard-pressed to go elsewhere. Great to find someone so honest in his dealings. I would be remiss not to mention Joe Sardina who was most competent in teaching me the ins and outs of my car. A totally positive experience!

Noticed every car on their lot is parked at a 45° angle. Makes it easy to hop in and drive out in one motion.

Mr flawless really took his time with me and that meant a lot. I had no clue what I wanted at first bt he helped me narrow it down without any pressure. totally recommending this spot to my friends.

Service Department certainly provides Great Quality Customer Care !! Service Personnel are professional and knowledgeable of their task assigned .. Only thing I have problem with is : I have to travel from Staten Island, NY to Rahway New Jersey for service maintainance. Overall the Employees are Customer Friendly & pay attention to Customer needs ..

I went to empire Madza of Green Brook after a recommendation from someone and I was not disappointed. I was assisted by Bernardo and he was very pleasant, extremely patient, and answered all of my questions. I test drove every model that I was interested and because this was my first car, I was extremely nervous but Bernardo reassured me that he had my back. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the cars and pinpointed a bunch of features that worked with my lifestyle that ultimately led me to fining my dream car. The show room was very nice and the entire team including the receptionists were very accommodating. Kelvin from finance was amazing and also helped me narrow my sight to the polymetal Grey Madza Cx5. I would 100% recommend this dealership to any and everyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle.

Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon.
