My Mercedes Experience of RVC is always pleasant, effortless and professional because of my incredible salesman, Craig German. Craig sold us our first Mercedes and we haven't dealt with anyone since that time. Not only is Craig extremely professional, he is knowledgeable about the product he sells. He is just an overall nice guy, who enjoys the public and making sure his customers are satisfied. More people in sales should be like him. We don't want to deal with anyone else! We hope Craig is there whenever we want to do some future business with MB of RVC!!

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

I had reached out to several car dealers regarding Mercedes and BMWs and Rodni was the first to respond. Even though I live in Central NJ, his prompt response was impressive so I went out to this dealership a few days later. I wound up purchasing a beautiful Mercedes and I'm very pleased with my dealership experience.

I purchased EQE 350/25 , I request the quote on Saturday and finish all the numbers over the phone and I pick up the car on Tue (my day off) . The transaction was very clear and smooth . My review is specifically for Noel! Noel helped me in getting a used car. He was very patient and kind, never too pushy and always went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable and always sought help if he needed more information. I definitely recommend Noel as a salesperson if you end up at Northstar Mitsubishi!!! Thanks Noel! (FYI - it’s important to note that the dealership prices their cars quite low and then adds on fees that make them comparable with other dealerships in the area, so just remember that the advertised price is not nearly as close to what you will end up paying.)
