I haven’t felt this confident in a dealership in a long time. Usually when you ask about credit or insurance, it gets confusing. Here, they laid everything out clearly, no fluff. Even gave me multiple estimates to choose from. That was a relief.

I was in the market for a high-end car and in the process went to 3 MB dealers. I not only chose the best one but ended up with the best MB ambassador, Joe Sangiamino. I would definitely say Mr Catena “knows how to pick’em.” Joe is an asset to the dealership. He was most pleasant to work with and I would be hard-pressed to go elsewhere. I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I had a great experience purchasing my new car from Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell. My sales representative, Brian T. was excellent! I walked into this dealership without an appointment and was greeted by the receptionist and sales staff with respect, courtesy, and a level of professionalism that was admirable. Would highly recommend this dealership to all!

Pros: clean showroom, open Carfax access, a manager who knows their stuff. Cons: tight parking up front, had to circle around. But the price on the Jeep Grand Cherokee matched the online listing down to the cent.

I can't say enough good things about the entire team at Porsche Princeton. Everyone went above and beyond in every part of the process - from the ordering, to keeping me updated, to delivery. They aren't the closets Porsche dealer to me (not even in the top 5 by distance), but it's more then worth it to go to them - even if I was hours and hours away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
