We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Once again, I had the pleasure of being serviced at AutoNation Honda Hollywood. Yesterday my battery died. My neighbor gave me a jump start and I drove to Honda. When I got there the person who greeted me outside said, I'm sorry but the shop is closing and we are not taking any more jobs today. I told him the situation and asked if Endie was there. He told me he no longer works there. I asked if Kevin was there and he said yes. I got out of my car and told him please do not turn the car off. As always, Kevin treated me like family. He said of course, not to worry we will take care of you. I can't say enough good things about how they treat me. Kevin, Luis, Matthew, and my mechanic Adrian. 5 stars is not enough!

My experience was great! David was very helpful and informative and not at all pushy on my first visit. And listened to what I had to say. His in-depth knowledge of Subaru and its safety features was impressive and ultimately what sold me on a Subaru over other brands. A week later I was back there and bought the same model car they had me test drive. The manager (Steve) I was also in contact with was also very helpful. The only down side is I brought a brand new car and the tires PSIs were way higher than they should have been. Had to let the air out my self. It should have been around 32/33 and they were 39/40!! And the driver mirror is extremely shakey - still working on that trying to get that situated.

Experience was great. Smooth process from drop off to pickup no issues at all. The associate who assisted me was very nice and communicative. After the vehicle was dropped off I was called back immediately once the vehicle was ready for pickup.

I won?t mention any names of those who assisted me. However, the first man who didn?t want to sell me the car and wasn?t willing to do anything to make sure my family was satisfied has no place in this dealership. I?m very glad we ended up with the next sales manager, and I?d also like to thank the finance specialist and everyone else who took part in the process. I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. Despite finance department I was very happy with my shopping experience . Definitely coming back.
