We found a car at Carmax that we fell in love with and paid for shipping (despite seeing a not so good Carfax after the fact). Got a call the next day it should not have been available to purchase and canceled our order. I was so upset. After that I out about Autonation. Staff at Mercedes Reno was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. They gave us a fair price for our trade in. We had a MDX type S advanced shipped from another autonation dealership and it came incredibly fast! The car is only a few years old but looks brand new! Would definitely do business here again and NOT Carmax!

I needed to trade in a vehicle i had bought for my husband who had passed. I already have a benz so i brought it into them to get a price on what they would give me. It turns out I left with another. What I personally LOVED was the fact that i was not pressured into buying. I was given time to look around and make a decision without being bombarded by a sales guy. They were fast, courteous and very professional. As for service they have taken care of my 550 convertible. She is an old girl 2009 but i maybe put on a 1000 miles a year. She is in great shape and I usually request Chris in service to work on her. I had an emergency one day and they got me in immediately with no appointment. Brandi the general manager is amazing and if you ever have any concerns or issues she will make it right if given the chance. She really cares about the Mercedes brand and her customers. I recently moved out of state and i’m terrified to go to anyone else bc I trust them so much. However, when i decide to buy my 3rd i can assure you it will be there. I can’t say enough good things about them with all my years of business.

I inquired about a car and their response timing was great and gave me pertinent information even if it meant that it was bad news.

I bought a late model Jeep Wrangler and had some heating problems. I called my. Salesman Marcos and Service Representative Brandon and they got me into service immediately, found the problem quickley and gave me a loaner during repairs. The Service MGR handled everything. I purchased an immaculate used Audi from Bob who made the buying process as easy as possible. Low pressure but interested in making sure that the vehicle was right. Finance manager was very accommodating and had all my paper work ready in advance so that I spend only 30 minutes with him before completing the sale. Bob even delivered the vehicle to me as I could not go to pick it up. All around great buying experience as it should be.
