I wasn?t expecting to purchase a car that day, however, Solomon Wang and Sam Lee were top notch in giving me an incredible deal. The process was fairly straightforward and easy, with minimal pressure.

Dealing with David Chao were really great. He is knowledgeable about the cars he sells, he gave us a really great price and overall service. We kept in touch on a regular basis before we made the deal as he was honest and upfront from the start.

Liz in sales was always helpful and made the buying process a breeze. She addressed all my concerns about the Carfax report, pricing & extra keys. The dealership's facilities are convenient & very clean. The vehicle itself was in great condition. The financing process can be made more transparent. It would be helpful to know about the extended warranty options beforehand as cost of these options can add 10-20% to the cost of the car. It is hard to make this decision at the last moment. However, I could have added to the financing.

This is really a great place, they are so busy it is amazing. Pricing on some cars are fantastic. I just sent a friend there to look at one and it was gone by the time she arrived. Organized and completed all the documents so when we drove from MA to MD most of the paperwork was done . The car was exactly as described and ready for us to take home after we signed the documents.
