Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

You don't find quick service like at McAndrews. So glad that DeMeon was my sales person! He answered all my questions and made sure all documentation was ready to go when I arrived. While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

Customer service was top notch from everyone I encountered there. Will definitely not be my last visit and would definitely recommend them!

I’m not easy to please, I will state that right up front. It may be because I spent 30 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer, so my expectations are normally hard to please/reach. I have to say, hands down… this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had; and at 53, I have had quite a lot. 

 I was so impressed with my first online contact with the dealership in asking about a particular Mercedes vehicle pretty late at night… it was around 9pm. Someone actually responded letting me know they were closed, but would assign me to someone. I was like wow… and it was not a bot. That was impressive. The icing on the cake and the reason for this 5-star review was because of one of their Sales Experience Managers by the name of Shara Freeman and her boss (not sure his title), but his name is Dereck. Both great personalities without the “sleezy” sales person vibes. I was in shock (because I have never seen this kind of personality with a sales person before) in how non pushy and down to earth they both were. It was because of her and Dereck I purchased the vehicle that I did. I felt like Shara really pushed for me to get the price I wanted and make the deal work, either that or she deserves an Oscar. I expect Shara will be moving on up their corporate chain in to time, they would be crazy to let this one get away. Also, be aware they do not add any additonal fees minus the ones you are accustomed to (Taxes, Tags, Title, etc.). No crazy 4k dealer fees or asking 10k over MSRP here. I also appreciated they are people of their word. I asked for something to be repaired on the vehicle that I wanted, and they kept their word in getting it fixed even though I already signed the papers and took the car home. How many times were you promised something, only to try and get that something done and they act like you never discussed it with them… not Shara and Dereck, they got fixed what I asked the very next week in one day. If you read most of their negative reviews, it’s from the service side and not the sales side, so keep that in mind.

 In closing, I can see why as a car dealership they are rated so high, which is a feat in and of itself. This place is the real deal and if you want the ultimate car shopping experience without the uncomfortable push... ask for Shara, you will be glad you did. — No hype.
