I'm still giving 4 stars because the sales and finance guys did a good job. The buying process seemed to go smoothly but after we wrapped things up the salesman decided to have the car "wiped down". Unfortunately, in addition to wiping it down, someone decided that it would be a good idea to introduce a powerful chemical deodorant on the seatbelt and other places in the car. Normal car odors don't need to be covered up. They can be easily removed. The chemical deodorant is a much bigger problem. Despite multiple deep cleanings and ozone treatments, the powerful deodorant smell has not yet been eliminated.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

This is my second time buying a Mercedes from Star Motors Used car dealership. Tony helped me with my first car, and Justin the Used Car Manager helped me with the second one. I purchased the second one today and I am extremely happy. The Used Car Team is extremely kind, and professional. Justin made sure all of my needs were met, and the experience was grand. While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Great car and great service. The quality of the service rep. Was superior, he whet about and beyond to provide excellent customer service. What I really liked was when I brought my car in, he addressed my issue immediately.

I love driving this car!! It handles and performs amazing. The interior is beautiful and the sound system is excellent. I get excited every time I drive.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.
