I live in Pompano Beach which has a Mercedes Dealership and Service Center but I choose to drive a half hour to Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale because of their rich personalized service experience. I purchased the wheel/tire protection for my GLE 350 when I initially purchased my car. With time, a couple of my wheels got a bit scratched. I scheduled the service and was provided with a loaner. The work done was excellent. The wheels look brand new! I?m very happy with the service from Marco (my service advisor). He goes above and beyond providing service. He?s a true professional. He answered all my questions before I dropped off my car and he made sure he communicated with me throughout the process. Marco made sure that the process went smoothly.

EXCELLENT my Service Assistance manager Paul Kotkin, was exceptional with his customer service. First greeted like, a family member, reviewed my vehicle current and updated needs and requirements. This was the first time, visiting here. Paul pointed out that their was a free service upgrade from Mercedes, and it would take about 30 minutes to complete. the estimated time to do the entire work was 1.5 - 2 hours, this was exact, 1.75 hours to complete, and I was updated about every 30 minutes on the repair status, how could you ask for more. The estimate was 100% on point, and not a penny more. I would say that Between Paul and Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, they were exceptional with Customer care, and he service being preformed. I also strolled around and ran into David House, a sales consultant, and I had the pleasure to walk around with him, and some of the newer models, and the latest safety features being offered on the 2016 and 2017 Mercedes Benz's. My over all experience is well over a five star, for customer service, the service being preformed and at point on cost. I want to take this time to thank the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, very clean and an enjoyable experience.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

I want to take a few moments and share my recent experience. Eddie not only exceeded my expectations but he changed my perception of the "dealership" experience. While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?
