Do you have a minute - I do - to commend and highly comment on your service writer - Jason Pierce. He has been my service writer for a number of years now with two Mercedes under my belt. He has made me a deliver in service at its best. He met me in the car aisle with a smile and we went over what the car required and how much it was going to cost. There is no surprises when you check out. The did the maintenance on my S560, and then found out that the 4 wheel alignment needed to be done, but that was completed in my estimation in record time. I was only there for a few hours and now my car runs and drives like new again. I am in love with my Mercedes and after years of driving other cars - this one is the best. Wish I could have done it earlier in my life. But back to Mr. Pierce - he is honest and very hardworking. Keeping you continuously in the loop on what needs attention and what doesn't. It's a pleasure to have him as my personal go-getter when it comes to my vehicle. I commend him and I hope you do too! Nice work Mr. Pierce!

After our initial encounter Melisa searched for the difficult to find vehicle I requested. She called every 10 days or so to update me. She found 2, both were sold... Finally she found my dream car in white and will "wrap" it in my color , Candy Apple Red. Her service is amazing. She never promises anything that she does not provide. Cars of Tampa deserves a 10 star rating. They are incredible. Cars Of Tampa is EVERYTHING that other car salespeople should learn from. While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Nolan - salesperson was FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable and courteous. He pulled the vehicle up to the showroom clean and full of gas... Louis R and Chris H bought my kids and me Gatorade and juices, (and a few bags of Spicy Sweet Doritos) while we were waiting for finance manager. They gave me great financing with just $1,200.00 down payment! Even with my below average credit i am driving a BENZ, I also sent my Best friend and my sister to Nolan and they got a Honda and a BMW.
