Brought my new Mercedes E-Class in for annual service and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of everyone. My Service advisor was Randi and I was welcomed and treated as if I was the most important customer. I actually purchased my Mercedes from Mercedes of Sarasota because the service ratings were exemplary compared to dealer actually closer to my home!

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

JB Roe helped us to find a great car. He was low pressure, knowledgable, and patient. I was concerned about the trump tax and wanted to replace my 9 year old BMW before it became expensive to maintain and the tax kicked in. He had a couple SQ5's on the lot and we test drove several as well as the Q5. We ended up with the SQ5. I would highly recommend working with JB and Audi Sarasota. JB also has a great sense of humor and goes out of his way to please a new customer. I would highly recommend that the purchase of a new Audi start with JB Roe!!!

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

For context, I currently own 4 M-B vehicles and have owned at least 1M-B vehicle for 50+ years. Last year I bought a new 2024 AMG EQE?it is nice, pretty and a pleasure to drive; however, the fit and finish has not been up to M-B standards, imo. We had to have the entire dashboard realigned. It has now been at the dealership for almost 3 weeks to fix a software and/or sensor glitch. A part had to be ordered from Germany?that took a week. Another part had to be installed?that took a week. While the dealership personnel have been nice, we have been in a loaner for a week, plus.

Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.
