I had a great salesperson, Julio Merino. He was so patient, not pushy, understanding and very kind. He did not rush, he made my purchase enjoyable.

The reason I go to Mercedes’ Benz Sugarland to service my vehicle is because of their amazing customer service, particularly my service advisor Tammy Stafford. She makes you feel right at home and address all the issues you may have or think you have with your car. Top notch service. She should be the staple of any service department. If she was working for my dealership she would be of service director.

We recently (01/20/23) purchased a vehicle from the dealership and our sales representative - Pete Sanchez, was very professional, cordial and understanding. Throughout the process of placing the order, through the waiting period and up until the vehicle arrived the dealership, Pete kept us informed. The dealership was professional, friendly and efficient. I felt confident in the transaction and service. The vehicle was immaculate and serviced almostly perfectly. There was a low tire indicator flashing and I found the spare was low. But beside that, I loved everything about the experience.

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.
