There is no surprises when you check out. The did the maintenance on my S560, and then found out that the 4 wheel alignment needed to be done, but that was completed in my estimation in record time. I was only there for a few hours and now my car runs and drives like new again. I am in love with my Mercedes and after years of driving other cars - this one is the best. Wish I could have done it earlier in my life. But back to Mr. Pierce - he is honest and very hardworking. Keeping you continuously in the loop on what needs attention and what doesn't. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I am pleased to say that my experience at Crown Eurocars Mercedes was very pleasant from the moment I was greeted to driving away with my new vehicle. I already knew which vehicle I wanted to look at, we saw it online, and Anders was able to provide me with all the details about the car including a great test drive. After agreeing to purchase this car, working with Rob Wilson in the finance department was also an easy organized process. He was able to get our payments where they needed to be and was diligent to get us a better interest rate. We are pleased and would definitely do business there again.
