I came to Mercedes-Benz of North Haven for a very specific Infiniti Q50. Mr. Don Shephard was appointed to me as my sales rep.We we went for my test drive…I was extremely transparent with Don and explained all things leading up to that moment. Good, bad , indifferent. Straight shooter as I called him, he returned the favor! Coming from previous experience in the business I knew what my deal could be possible, but didn’t know if the team would want to invest the time in off-brand car. Needless to to say, the finance guru… Danny and Don worked my deal relentlessly for days and didn’t give up on me! At no point did I feel that my treatment differed due to it being an off brand car. When I went to pick up my new car, they made me feel like they were genuinely happy for me. This dynamic duo was amazing and I would recommend this dealership without pause!!! Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

We dropped in without an appointment and worked with Kent to test drive several cars. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated how much he was hustling to serve several customers. We really liked that he didn’t hard sell us and was focused on understanding what we were looking for.

May be too complicated to operate and use available functions . Too soon to tell. I still can not figure out how to set clock to DST!

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

Not enough miles driven to fairly evaluate but look forward to driving when weather is better. I have high expectations! I'll need time to get used to the console controls.

I live in Woodbridge VA and I was shopping for a vehicle with many options *distronic* was my main option. I was very cautious from any dealership in New York or New Jersey As the have the Biggest scam *alots of hitting fees that it will only be revealed at the dealership* being coming from far away I was very cautious. At Mercedes Benz of Wappingers Falls They emailed me all the numbers just the cost of the vehicle tags, taxes 25$ gas fee and 620 dealership fee that was it. When I arrived everything was ready the vehicle was cleaned ** it took less than 20 minutes** to sign all the paperwork it was a record number. I still don't believe it till now. To bad that they are far away from my home, I would of referred all my friends and family. I was even giving a gift by the Store Manager. Very nice team I wish all my by experience will be the same as this one

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
