We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it in a hurry. We spent a couple hours looking at and driving cars and the entire time we were never hassled or pressured. It was a pretty laid back environment. We bought a car and drove away. About 9 days later the car started giving us problems. A hose had broke and the dealership stepped right up and took care of the issue. I was back in my car the same day. We were shocked it all happened so quickly and professionally. I have been the only owner of a 2016 c300 4matic sport for 9 years. I have owned the car since it was brand new in late 2015, and it has had only one issue during the duration of my ownership. The only issue I have had was that leaving it out in the extreme cold seemed to ruin the driver's LCD screen, whereby the screen would show random Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Arabic words before warming up and operating normally. Eventually, the screen quit altogether, but it was very easy to get a replacement. Other than that, it's mechanically extremely reliable, the styling keeps it relevant to today's designs, and the highway driving is impeccable. Performance is pretty mid-tier compared to BMW and Audi, but the engine doesn't have their issues. Overall, it's not a fast car, but it does inspire driving confidence when braking, even if the steering is somewhat lackluster compared to real sports cars. I take very good care of the interior, so there are no peeling issues, no warped wood, and no issues with the plastics, but the rubber seal in the moon roof has been a bit squeaky in certain temperatures, and the dealership said it would cost about $2k+ to take the sliding roof off, replace the rubber seal, and reinstall. The seats have held up very well, the alignment has never truly gone out of alignment, and the gearbox acts as if it's brand new. I do an oil and filter change every 4,000 to 6,000 miles, and I follow the regular dealer-recommended services. Mine just ticked over the 100k mile mark, and I know I'll keep it well taken care of for another 30k to 50k. I highly recommend this car; however, if you're looking for "value," please do not get this car thinking you will be able to afford it when something goes wrong. An average service will run you $250+ every 7k miles, and anything being replaced out of warranty will cost you north of $1,000.

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

svc rep Andre was very hospitable and kept me informed daily of the maintenance of my car and what each technician was repairing on the car. He also alerted me on payment for my car could be in installments. He was such a good helper by taking me to my car making sure that I turned on everything in the car to make all was functioning. Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

I had an awesome experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner. This was the best car purchase experience I have had. The sales person Trivian Anand is such a great customer advocate. The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. Overall it was pure joy to deal with these guys contrary to most other car buying experiences

The staff I interacted with at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis provided excellent service. I found a pre owned SUV on an internet search and called to confirm details of the offering. The used vehicle sales manager, Rori, and my sales agent, Mia, responded to my questions promptly and explained the "out-of-state" buying process in a comprehenisve manner. I agreed to a place a deposit and drove 120 miles to potentially complete the process. The vehicle exceeded my expectations as it was a one owner, fully serviced, and apparently garage kept beauty. The physical dealership was a first class facility and it was easy to view and test drive the ML350. Buying and closing process was efficient with optional coverage presented without pressure to buy. I readily recommend this dealership based upon my buying experience.
