We stopped into Mercedes of Westmont as a second stop in our search for a new car. I am not really a fan of buying new cars, we typically buy a car and drive it until it’s dead, just so we don’t have to go thru the whole purchasing process of getting a new car. Chris at Mercedes of Westmont has completely changed my outlook on buying new cars! He is very professional, but yet relatable and understanding of the process and how to make it a pleasurable experience. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

This is the third S-class Mercedes I have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Westmont and I could not be happier. Going through the purchasing process was a delight because Kimberely Cager, my Sales Rep, and the sales management team made me feel better than just a valued customer. The real test, however, came when driving the new 2025 Mercedes S580. The supreme road handling and comfortable seating were nothing short of spectacular, and the many options like the integrated toll system (driving through tolls of different states has become hassle free), Apple CarPlay, and several driver-assist features has enhanced my driving experience. While understanding how to use and benefit from the many new features and options was a little daunting, Kimberely and the Product Concierge, Damir Oliynyk, have eased my doubts, and I?m looking forward to a long multi-state road trip.
