I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I purchased a car though Guarenteed motor cars this year in March, in which I was looking for my first car. Up until the purchase, I was kindly greeted by Omar, which was my salesman, and he helped me along with buying my car with the interests I had in what I was looking for. After the fact, he offered me refreshments while I was waiting which was very nice of him to do. Because the dealership sells used cars, it’s not perfect condition which I was aware of, but they made sure my car was good with the engine, transmission, etc…, and that the car was clean and ready for me once the deal was done. Any concerns or questions I had, Omar and all of the other salespeople helped me out and made sure that what I was getting into was the best decision. And if I needed any kind of service done, they were going to take care of me, many other dealerships don’t do. Great prices, great cars, great people. Definitely recommend for anybody looking to buy their first car or even trade in their car for an upgrade

From the moment I walked in the door at Napleton Mercedes in Schererville until I drove out the lot with a brand new Mercedes, these folks treated me like a queen! Roger Buss and Tony Turco checked in with me a number of times. Roger set me up to work with Holly Avant...what an awesome, knowledgeable person she is! Holly answered every question I had and came up with a number of questions I didn't think to ask! Brandon took great care of me and ensured I was satisfied. The final thing that made it all the best car buying experience of my life was, Holly came out, set up my phone, made sure I knew how to operate it properly and then set up all my favorite channels on the satelite radio. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

This is the third S-class Mercedes I have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Westmont and I could not be happier. Going through the purchasing process was a delight because Kimberely Cager, my Sales Rep, and the sales management team made me feel better than just a valued customer. The real test, however, came when driving the new 2025 Mercedes S580. The supreme road handling and comfortable seating were nothing short of spectacular, and the many options like the integrated toll system (driving through tolls of different states has become hassle free), Apple CarPlay, and several driver-assist features has enhanced my driving experience. While understanding how to use and benefit from the many new features and options was a little daunting, Kimberely and the Product Concierge, Damir Oliynyk, have eased my doubts, and I?m looking forward to a long multi-state road trip.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

May be too complicated to operate and use available functions . Too soon to tell. I still can not figure out how to set clock to DST!

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?
