While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. We stopped into Mercedes of Westmont as a second stop in our search for a new car. I am not really a fan of buying new cars, we typically buy a car and drive it until it’s dead, just so we don’t have to go thru the whole purchasing process of getting a new car. This is the third S-class Mercedes I have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Westmont and I could not be happier. The real test, however, came when driving the new 2025 Mercedes S580. The supreme road handling and comfortable seating were nothing short of spectacular, and the many options like the integrated toll system (driving through tolls of different states has become hassle free), Apple CarPlay, and several driver-assist features has enhanced my driving experience. While understanding how to use and benefit from the many new features and options was a little daunting, Kimberely and the Product Concierge, Damir Oliynyk, have eased my doubts, and I?m looking forward to a long multi-state road trip.
