We recently purchased our Mercedes Benz it is our pride and joy and had to take it in for a schedule B service. we ran into an issue but after several conversations the Manager Charles called me back and was very understanding as to getting the situation resolved. He treated me with grace and i was completely satisfied with the way he rectified the situation he even presented options in getting it resolved to my satisfaction. regardless of what the problem was the manager wanted to fix it. its just good to know that you can take your luxury car to a place like EuroMotors Germantown where they will treat it with as much care as you have invested in it. overall good service.

Mr. Wright (salesman) and Ms. Hana (financing), provided awesome customer service. They were NOT pushy or unhelpful. Ms. Hana looked at the apr my bank was charging me, and provided me a MUCH lower apr. They made me feel like a valued customer.

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

This car met all the things I need in car life.After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

I just bought this car used in November 2022. Let me say it again, this car is super fun to drive. The 2013 and 2014 C300 were slightly different in horsepower from the 2008 - 2012 models. The 2013 and 2014 were the last naturally aspirated V-6 Mercedes will probably ever make. They came with 249 or almost 250 horses. The 2008 - 2012 models came with 228 horses. This car drives so smoothly, the steering is so playful and light, and when you put it in sport mode, this thing turns into a little beast. It flies through bends and corners and rides on rails. If you drive it aggressively, you can never get enough of this car. And, the exhaust growls too. I was so lucky to get the 2014 model with the darkened wheels with tires bulging out of the fenders. Those can be harder to find. I was so lucky to find one. What I paid was comparable to the prices on Cars.com. It is a remarkable car that feels luxurious but then can get very aggressive slightly beyond your imagination. And, after my research, they had very little problems. They were super reliable. This was the first car i had driven in the modern age with no NHTSA recall. That blew my mind away because almost all the manufacturers now have one NHTSA ding or the other. Mine was black on black with dark wheels (C300 Sport) bulging out of the fenders. Really aggressive looking beautiful car. I love it. I would get the version that says Sport.
