I worked with Joni Reynolds. Had called her about the lease special and said the cars they had were sold. However, she said that she could make a similar deal with a different car. She was able to create a great deal, similar to the lease special. I purchased a color that I would not have thought about, but now is a beautiful color and car/SUV. I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. Audi of Bellevue meets my expectation of service when I think of premium brand dealerships. Premium brands are expensive and expensive to maintain; but part of that premium should include a 'premium' car buying experience and the service after the sale. I enjoyed my experience purchasing my first Audi (SQ8) and the service has been excellent with every service I've had thus far. How the employees dress and behave, clean showroom/lobby/facilities, espresso machine, etc. all the little things add up to the experience. Is it perfect? Not at all (sometimes long waits for service, no food/snacks in the lobby, just to name a few minor gripes) but I feel that every employee I've encountered genuinely cares about the customers and understands the 'premium' car brand experience that we expect when shelling out so much money for a nice car. It's a feeling that you don't get when you're at a say Toyota or Ford dealership (which I despise). So overall I enjoy coming to Audi of Bellevue and recommend them to friends and family if they are looking for a reliable premium German vehicle.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Cody was friendly & knowledgeable service agent. Helped answer some questions I have about maintenance of my 2021 versa. The space for customers to wait is cozy, with vending machines for soft drinks or snacks, but also have complimentary coffee & purified water (& ice, nice touch for the warmer weather). With the TV & remote to maybe change the channel, there are several outlets to charge your devices. Bathrooms are connected to this room too, maybe convenient should you need one. My only con to this whole experience is that even with an appointment for an oil change is takes about 90 minutes. I know I am not the only customer getting service, & the above mentioned does keep most customers comfortable, it still seemed a long-ish time. Minor, but I wasn't given the car wash coupon either. It was a coupon given last time since this location doesn't do car washes anymore. Either way, I still gave whole experience 5 stars.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

My 2002 Mercedes Benz C240 has been the greatest car I have ever owned. Reliability, economy, robust performance, & safety with the gift of its beauty has made this German luxury car my my best friend. Always running like it was new & getting me safely to where ever I had to travel to with FIRST RATE CLASS is the beauty that only Mercedes Benz has designed. I always got bored with my Asian cars & had no respect for those cars....but My Mercedes Benz C240 always made me proud to own the car when I pulled up in front of friends while saving me thousands of dollars because it never broke down. They are the best vehicles made in the world.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...
