2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

I have been a client working with Craig and MB of WC for almost twenty years, when it comes to service for my Mercedes' cars. The service levels are exceptional, the service/repairs are always thorough and explained so that I understand in detail, and they even wash my car each time. This has been by far the best car I’ve owned. I use Yokahama Avid Ascend tires and have been able to travel in any weather in this car. I had a tire blow out (after 76k miles) and the car never wavered once!! During an extremely busy year I kept forgetting or not being able to take it in for service and went 40k miles over the oil change, that was 100k mikes ago and it’s still running great!! In addition to the comfort and sporty look, it’s fast, fun and easy to drive. The only downfall being the expense of services and repairs, which is to be expected out of a quality, import car. I’ve been able to do a lot of the work outside of the dealerships and found that Ebay, FCP Euro and Rock Auto have had anything I’ve needed for repairs and services. I would recommend this car hands down to anyone, any time.

Found exactly the car I wanted and the sales process was easy. The sales person Derreck was fantastic through the entire process. Facility was spotless as was the car when we finally got it.

Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.
