I worked with Joni Reynolds. Had called her about the lease special and said the cars they had were sold. However, she said that she could make a similar deal with a different car. She was able to create a great deal, similar to the lease special. I purchased a color that I would not have thought about, but now is a beautiful color and car/SUV. Audi of Bellevue meets my expectation of service when I think of premium brand dealerships. Premium brands are expensive and expensive to maintain; but part of that premium should include a 'premium' car buying experience and the service after the sale. I enjoyed my experience purchasing my first Audi (SQ8) and the service has been excellent with every service I've had thus far. How the employees dress and behave, clean showroom/lobby/facilities, espresso machine, etc. all the little things add up to the experience. Is it perfect? Not at all (sometimes long waits for service, no food/snacks in the lobby, just to name a few minor gripes) but I feel that every employee I've encountered genuinely cares about the customers and understands the 'premium' car brand experience that we expect when shelling out so much money for a nice car. It's a feeling that you don't get when you're at a say Toyota or Ford dealership (which I despise). So overall I enjoy coming to Audi of Bellevue and recommend them to friends and family if they are looking for a reliable premium German vehicle.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Went in for service. They explained all the recall and annual services to be performed. They texted status and eventually completion. They even washed it.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

We just bought our 2nd Car at Real Deal Cars. Our daughter loved her first car we've purchsed 2-3 years ago, it never failed us. This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Cody was friendly & knowledgeable service agent. Helped answer some questions I have about maintenance of my 2021 versa. The space for customers to wait is cozy, with vending machines for soft drinks or snacks, but also have complimentary coffee & purified water (& ice, nice touch for the warmer weather). With the TV & remote to maybe change the channel, there are several outlets to charge your devices. Bathrooms are connected to this room too, maybe convenient should you need one. My only con to this whole experience is that even with an appointment for an oil change is takes about 90 minutes. I know I am not the only customer getting service, & the above mentioned does keep most customers comfortable, it still seemed a long-ish time. Minor, but I wasn't given the car wash coupon either. It was a coupon given last time since this location doesn't do car washes anymore. Either way, I still gave whole experience 5 stars.

Not enough miles driven to fairly evaluate but look forward to driving when weather is better. I have high expectations! I'll need time to get used to the console controls.

Javier is the most hardworking salesman I have ever worked with. Great communication, had the car ready when I got there to test drive, and did everything possible to make sure I got the deal I wanted. He even delivered the car to me. He went above and beyond. Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Got a 2012 250 Sport and I knew I was going to put $$$ into it. Nothing earth shattering but I was the 4th owner and if you look at ANY USED Euro-car owned in America- these cars many times are not taken care of, wrong oil, wrong octane. The parts for this car are not that expensive and if you find a good mechanic that is not a $$$$$$ Dealership TECHNICIAN BUT that said- it is a smart idea to take it to a dealership and pay the money for a complete inspection. if the seller will allow it,..., if not- move on unless you love surprise after surprise. I am almost finished with mine, got it for $8000, put in $4000 into fixing codes, brakes, oil cooling system, and a rear SAM module that went bad only because someone did a poor repair and I tell anyone,...., KNOW YOUR ENEMY!(your Benz of course! LOL!) If you do the maintenance and you have your car in good repair, you will not have that much problem and will enjoy this road monster for YEARS. I get 25 to 30+ MPG easily around town and if straight Hwy driving- 35mpg+ on ECONO-Mode and it always turns heads. The dark Cobalt Blue is a Mercedes Iconic color and the 2012 was a turning point to where they are pretty highly looked for, just look at the coupes in the early 2000s and you'll see why. But the style of this coupe is found in every Mercedes after, no matter the model coupe. I plan to keep it for years, I take care of issues when they happen- you cannot afford to let one thing after another add up- if you do you'll wish you bought a VW BUG and that goes for almost any fine Euro-Automobile. Just make sure it is a Stuttgart car- it's on the VIN badge in the door well. If you enjoy a tight, controlled (hardly if any over steering), smooth cruising coupe, this is your car and at the price of High test, the 30+mpg is a good thing. the front tires are sized smaller than the rear, I would recommend uni-directional- only way to go! Once you hit the RPM stages and the Turbo picks up, you just fall into a great dream- no one who has ridden in my car wants to get out! LOL!!!! Seats are still like new firm after 14 years, Interior wood-like panels are in-expensive and very easy to replace as well. The steering is SOLID- you feel like you can drive anywhere on any surface, and the sound system is superb. 5disc CD and all the other perks that a car a lot more would cost,..., this one has. Tires can be crazy $$$$ but shop online- there are great online companies that will beat out your local tire places, I got the set of 4 for this 250C online for $238 delivered to my mechanic with Free Shipping just 6 weeks ago- May2024! So shop around on everything- with a good mechanic you can afford a great iconic German car too! Be good!

Reliability, economy, robust performance, & safety with the gift of its beauty has made this German luxury car my my best friend. Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

2017 Mercedes c300...This car met all my needs. Great interior and exterior, low mileage. Tires are also in great condition. I will use this car for my everyday use. Great gas mileage.

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

They didn’t have the car that I wanted when I first went there so he and I exchanged information and he kept in touch with me for three months until the car that I wanted showed up. He was personable informative if he didn’t know the answer to a question he found out. The whole experience of buying the car was great, and I would go there again as I have in the past to get my new Volkswagen I’d give Justin a 10 in every category.
