Both gentlemen were respectful and courteous throughout the entire process, Todd was exceptional - I highly recommend working with him. Russel, on the other hand, was intolerable and unprofessional. My wife and I had visited numerous dealerships on Friday looking for a good used car and were frustrated by the whole sales person experience and quality of inventory.
