2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and the rest of the staff we encountered at the dealership. Friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have trade-in so with their no price haggling policy it was easy before we even arrived to figure fairly closely what our out the door price would be. Though their add-on "junk fees" ($1400 + $399 and added to any vehicle purchased) added more than 10% to the total purchase price, but appeared to be average to moderate to the market and was clearly indicated on their website so there were no surprises to the final number. We would definitely come here again for our future transportation needs. Thank you Jay and crew for doing a great job.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Ariana was the person who helped us out. She was incredible. While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

My son found the car he wanted at Mike’s Auto in Florida. We live in Louisiana. We did the whole transaction with Rich Gray over the phone and it was the smoothest car transaction I’ve ever been involved in (and I was in the business for 25 years). Rich was upfront about everything , sending us videos of the car , pointing out any scratches (this was a pre-owned car) and thoroughly going over every detail . The paperwork was done efficiently and thoroughly explained . The dealership handled all of our taxes even though we were 4 states away . Rich put me in touch with a very good transport company and the car was transported in a very careful manner. The driver kept us updated of his location . The car arrived quickly , and everything was as promised . I will check Mikes Autos first next time I’m in the market for a pre-owned vehicle .
