I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

Anthony was a big help and the price was good. He was not annoying like most. I would buy from him again and I hate going car shopping.

My salesman Diego is knowledgeable on all that Mercedes and the dealership has to offer. Constant communication and customer service oriented. Never pushed trying to make a sale. It's not about the sale its about the service and attention to customer needs!

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.
