Destiny, our service representative was equally outstanding. She kept us informed of the repair details and time frame. Additionally, when we had to adjust the appointment schedule she did a great job of rearranging times and dates! She is fantastic at her job!!!!!!!

This is now the third vehicle I have bought from them. They is never any pressure to buy and they give great trade in credits toward the new vehicle. They take the time to make sure that you are getting the one you really want. If they don't have it in stock they will find it for you. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

My 2003 Mercedes C240 is the safest, most reliable, sleekest, brilliant, powerful, & comfortable car ever made because they can do anything a Japanese car can, but they also give the same luxury & safety that any car ever made can give. Built for high speed on the German Autobahn, these cars must provide safety at collision speeds of 120 miles per hour in Germany.

I am still driving this car after 11 years. I spent about $2200 on average per year to fix or replace this thing. Still drives good, far more expensive that I would like it to be.

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

2008 C300...We've had the car since November 2019...purchased it with 36k miles or so(?), but either way, it's not December 2023 & we're just about to turn 70k miles. The overall body style is still in vogue IMO, & unless you know these cars, you'd never know it's an '08 model. We had some sort of "issue" with the plugs or coils(?), but no other mechanical issues. Obviously you don't want a Benz d'ship fixing the car unlesss $$$ is no issue. The repair was not any higher than any other model car. A few cosmetic issues that aren't worth the mention...2 or 3 of the directional louvers for the air/heat don't work...to direct the air flow though, it's just a matter of using a pen or s/thing to push them over a wee bit. Again, nothing to bark about. The glovebox has SOME sort of a broken part in it, where if you open it w/o holding on to it, it kind of "pops" off the track or s/thing. We keep it locked, & know when it's opened, to just hold on to it. Again, no real issue per say. The two rails on the top of the car that have these small "pop up" portions where you could I guess mount a luggage rack to the top has had the clear coat peel off. It looked HORRIFIC, but I simply purchased some 3M vinyl pieces (made for the car) & covered both sides for I think it was maybe $35 or so(?). I did that just 3 weeks ago. Lastly, the wheel center caps have peeled or w/ever & looked like the dickens. Again, don't even THINK about getting so-called "GENUINE" OEM caps (what a joke!)...I got 4 caps online off Ebay for maybe $18 or so. You can choose any of the designs & colors, & they're IDENTICAL to the so-called "GENUINE" stuff, SMH. The car is spirited...great get up & go...handles like a sports car...great visibility with no real blind spots, & the interior is in just as good condition as the exterior. There may be nicer ones out there, but this car is GORGEOUS & doesn't show it's age at all. Oh...I had the blower motor replaced 2 wks ago. Need I tell you, do NOT get Benz to fix it, ORRRRRRRR get the part from them! I bought both the blower motor AND the resistor from carparts.com for $110 & Benz wanted to charge me over $300(?) for the blower motor itself! LOL...what a joke. Ha, I had a Craigslist mobile mechanic replace 'em both for $120. I could have sent the blower motor back for a refund, as I only needed the resistor but I told the mechanic, "Hey, while you're right there, go ahead & replace the blower motor too".

I was helped put by a young man, by the name of, Jose! For being new, around there he seemed ta be quite knowledgeable! I was really impressed! Looking forward to him helping me, when I return!

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

I spent quite a bit of time at Georgi's yesterday and today looking at used Tacoma. These guys are awesome, they know Toyotas! I was getting discouraged by lack of knowledge from even the dealership when I had specific questions about older pickups but these guys have all the answers and don't pressure you with the typical kiss-xxx car sales pitch. They also have an amazing fleet of the highly sought after used Tacomas. Andre and Georgi were super friendly and took time to talk with my bank on Saturday morning, supported my plans to finance, went over all the numbers with me, came down in price a bit (even though their prices are highly competitive) and let me test drive the vehicle without a passenger (which I really appreciate). Once I chose a vehicle, they gave me tons of details regarding the history, where it came from and the accident it was in - even showed pictures of when it was wrecked. These guys are doing great work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a reliable Toyota!

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

More than satisfactory. Unscheduled service attended too right away. Appears to have been an all points check out and replacement of nonfunctional part. Much appreciated.

Dmitri was great to work with. I had shopped around with other Mercedes dealerships in area and was not getting apples to apples numbers. Dmitri was no xx. The finance department also no xx. It took the stress out and put joy back into getting a new car.

Nate Manzanares is a wonderful service advisor. He exhibits very competent management skills, greets his customers warmly, and has much more knowledge about the inner workings of cars, especially of Mercedes, than most of the service advisors I?ve worked with over the 40 years I?ve been a Mercedes owner. He also patiently takes the time, even in the middle of a sometimes chaotic environment, to explain to customers how those inner parts work, and why the repairs are truly needed. Bottom line: Nate truly cares about his customers! Doesn?t get any better than that! Thank you, Mercedes of Westminster, for hiring quality employees like Nate! Please keep up the good work!
