Had a good experience overall but was disappointed to discover that this dealership added $3000 in extra unnecessary fees onto the price of the vehicle listed. This made the price more in line with other sellers. So, it made the deal less enticing. Nevertheless, I was able to negotiate the removal of $1500 of the $3000 so, I did ultimately purchase the vehicle. The rest of the transaction went well. I very much appreciated working with my salesman Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealer but would advise customers to look very carefully at their offer sheets before signing on the bottom line.

I went to empire Madza of Green Brook after a recommendation from someone and I was not disappointed. I was assisted by Bernardo and he was very pleasant, extremely patient, and answered all of my questions. I test drove every model that I was interested and because this was my first car, I was extremely nervous but Bernardo reassured me that he had my back. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the cars and pinpointed a bunch of features that worked with my lifestyle that ultimately led me to fining my dream car. I was initially worrying that I have to make multiple trips to the dealership for the transaction as I live 1hr away from there. It turns out that after test drive, everything happened smoothly via phone and email. The discussion on price and packages was very transparent and friendly. My questions always got answered promptly and I never felt being pressured to make quick decision. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

Excellent initial communication via email and text. Test drove a car very quickly. Car was in very good condition. Everyone was very attentive, helpful and informative. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was happy with the terms of my potential trade. However, an issue with the DMV prevented me from continuing until I go and update license. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.
