I want to take a few moments and share my recent experience. Eddie not only exceeded my expectations but he changed my perception of the "dealership" experience. I was set on using Carvana as a service to purchase my car but knew I wanted to test drive the Mercedes I was looking to buy. The minute I met Eddie I was greeted with a warm and friendly face that put my mind at ease and allowed me to let my guard down and truly experience what Mercedes has to offer. From making sure I was comfortable with the financing (Nick was fantastic) to setting up a time for me to connect with Lisa ( who was absolutely incredible) to fully learn the accommodations my car had! He provided white glove service and held my hand every step of the way. I will recommend him specifically to anyone looking to buy a car and your dealership in particular. You have a fantastic team and I am grateful I ended up in his office to prove me wrong about going to the dealership. EXCELLENT my Service Assistance manager Paul Kotkin, was exceptional with his customer service. First greeted like, a family member, reviewed my vehicle current and updated needs and requirements. This was the first time, visiting here. Paul pointed out that their was a free service upgrade from Mercedes, and it would take about 30 minutes to complete. the estimated time to do the entire work was 1.5 - 2 hours, this was exact, 1.75 hours to complete, and I was updated about every 30 minutes on the repair status, how could you ask for more. The estimate was 100% on point, and not a penny more. I would say that Between Paul and Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, they were exceptional with Customer care, and he service being preformed. I also strolled around and ran into David House, a sales consultant, and I had the pleasure to walk around with him, and some of the newer models, and the latest safety features being offered on the 2016 and 2017 Mercedes Benz's. My over all experience is well over a five star, for customer service, the service being preformed and at point on cost. I want to take this time to thank the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, very clean and an enjoyable experience.

Exploring various options, my attention was drawn to the EQE SUV. Despite reservations stemming from my partner's Tesla Model X ownership, Harold patiently addressed our concerns, providing insightful guidance on the vehicle's features and performance. Returning to his desk to discuss the financial aspects, we were pleasantly surprised by the arrival of Marjine. Her friendly and genuine approach transformed the transaction into a memorable interaction, far removed from the typical high-pressure sales environment. Marjine's patient explanations of incentives and benefits, including those linked to my AMEX Platinum card, further enhanced the allure of Mercedes-Benz ownership. Inspired by Marjine's guidance, I made the decision to become the proud owner of the EQE SUV that day, despite the remaining months on my BMW lease. It was a testament to the trust she instilled in us. As we commenced the paperwork, I expressed a desire to capture the moment with a photo of the car adorned with a bow. Although logistical challenges initially seemed to hinder this request, Marjine's commitment to customer satisfaction prevailed. She ensured that my wish became a reality, reflecting her dedication to exceeding expectations. Leaving the dealership that day, I departed not only as a satisfied customer but as a loyal advocate for Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. Marjine's exceptional service and warm demeanor had not only secured my patronage but also guaranteed that all my future automotive endeavors would be entrusted to their capable team. C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

The buying process at this dealership was straightforward and went very smoothly. There was a great selection of vehicles on site, the vehicle I wanted was priced well, and they gave a fair value on my trades. Everyone I dealt with was very nice - I would recommend them!

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?
