Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Reliability, economy, robust performance, & safety with the gift of its beauty has made this German luxury car my my best friend. Always running like it was new & getting me safely to where ever I had to travel to with FIRST RATE CLASS is the beauty that only Mercedes Benz has designed. I always got bored with my Asian cars & had no respect for those cars....but My Mercedes Benz C240 always made me proud to own the car when I pulled up in front of friends while saving me thousands of dollars because it never broke down. They are the best vehicles made in the world.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

I've had this car since 2012. Bought demo from a dealer. Reliability is excellent. After 120000 miles I've only had to replace the timing chain and gears, thermostat, front brakes and tires. Drives like a dream. None of my past GM vehicles would even come close to being this reliable.

Recently bought a vehicle from SMH. The experience was excellent. Salesman allowed us to look, was helpful when we needed it. Everything was straight forward, and a breeze. After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. I have been the only owner of a 2016 c300 4matic sport for 9 years. I have owned the car since it was brand new in late 2015, and it has had only one issue during the duration of my ownership. The only issue I have had was that leaving it out in the extreme cold seemed to ruin the driver's LCD screen, whereby the screen would show random Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Arabic words before warming up and operating normally. Eventually, the screen quit altogether, but it was very easy to get a replacement. Other than that, it's mechanically extremely reliable, the styling keeps it relevant to today's designs, and the highway driving is impeccable. Performance is pretty mid-tier compared to BMW and Audi, but the engine doesn't have their issues. Overall, it's not a fast car, but it does inspire driving confidence when braking, even if the steering is somewhat lackluster compared to real sports cars. I take very good care of the interior, so there are no peeling issues, no warped wood, and no issues with the plastics, but the rubber seal in the moon roof has been a bit squeaky in certain temperatures, and the dealership said it would cost about $2k+ to take the sliding roof off, replace the rubber seal, and reinstall. The seats have held up very well, the alignment has never truly gone out of alignment, and the gearbox acts as if it's brand new. I do an oil and filter change every 4,000 to 6,000 miles, and I follow the regular dealer-recommended services. Mine just ticked over the 100k mile mark, and I know I'll keep it well taken care of for another 30k to 50k. I highly recommend this car; however, if you're looking for "value," please do not get this car thinking you will be able to afford it when something goes wrong. An average service will run you $250+ every 7k miles, and anything being replaced out of warranty will cost you north of $1,000.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

It was a pleasure to be a customer at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I have worked with and bought from different automobile dealerships over 20 years. I informed my sales manager, Mike Prati, who was AMG certified what I wanted from a car. He was the FIRST auto dealership manager who listened when I told him exactly what I wanted my car. Mr. Prati knew more about Mercedes than I could have read in magazines, Car Werk, Edmunds, YouTube etc. He explained the different variables of each model with and pros and cons. He directed me to the E class 450 sedan for a test drive. I personally could not have found the car without his background and experience. I bought the Mercedes pre-owned and certified. What made the dealership a phenomenal experience was how everyone listened and were respectful. Often, customers are talked to which happened at another dealership I walked out of two weeks prior. The goal: sell you something you don’t want. Not at the Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. Later, I required work on the car. In lieu of calling the Service department I contacted Mike Prati. Who does that? I did. He immediately sent a tow truck, introduced me to a service assistant and I sat back as arrangements were made for a loaner. Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was organized, cooperative and I had details regarding my car in less than 24 hours. The general manager, which people never see at dealership, called me. He wanted to be sure all departments were working together and I was satisfied. I actually think this dealership off of Pickett Rd in Alexandria has the finest employees. Great attitude. Thorough. Buying a Mercedes? I recommend Mike Prati to sell you one at MB of Alexandria.

Decided to leave this review, I have read lots of horror stories on Google/Reddit about bad car dealers and seen enough advice videos on YouTube on how to deal with slimy car dealers that you start believing there aren’t any good dealers out there. Now I cannot vouch for everyone, but I can say my experience with Alexandria Hyundai was pleasant and professional. I had been looking for a Certified Hyundai Palisade for a while which was less than 2 years old with less than 20K miles and I found one listed at Alexandria Hyundai. It was a 2024 with ~13K miles. The listed price was very close to what I would consider fair and within my budget. I emailed their Certified Pre-Owned team and was surprised to receive a quick response. Interestingly there was no attempt to force me into a phone call. They at no point asked me my phone number and ware happy to answer my questions and then provide a "out the door" price (After I had provided some of my details for them to calculate TAX/Registration etc.). I would like to point out that my search was extended 200Mile from my zip code and Alexandria Hyundai was on the edge of that 200 Miles. I am based in NJ and they are in VA. The quote they provided had no surprise additional costs, just the Price of the Car as on the website, TAX, Title/Registration and Documentation fees. They indicated they were not looking to haggle, but they were only slightly of the number I was looking for. I let them know that I was very motivated to close the deal, and they did move slightly to meet my budget. Their prices don't leave a lot of room for haggling, which is always good. I wanted to be certain that they would be honoring this quote as I needed to travel 200Mile to pick up the car and they confirm that, and they did honor it !! :) I ended up using my own financing, they tried to get me a better number, but my Credit Union had pre-approved me for a better rate. Here too I would like to point out, there were no pressure tactics; no last minute pressure to buy expensive extended warranty. An extended warranty was offered to me, but it was entirely my choice. Overall, I would say to some extent my faith in humanity is restored (At least I have utmost faith in Alexandria Hyundai). I would personally like to thank Eduardo Pozo who was patient with me and answered all my questions and was always quick to respond on email. I would also like to thank Peter Kim (Finance Manager) who helped me close the deal and had me out of the dealership in under 2 hrs. on a rainy Saturday. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alexandria Hyundai and their team!!
