They say in life, there are two stressful purchases that most people may do. One is to buy a house and the other is to buy a car. Today we had the opportunity to purchase a car at Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. We had the full Mercedes experience. We were warmly greeted as we entered the facility and had little wait time before meeting our sales consultant Raj Madan who was awesome. He make sure we had an opportunity to meet and greet the team that he would be working work with. We came in, we saw the car that we wanted and Raj and the team made it happen. Everyone was personable and professional. They were able to answer our questions and address any concerns that we had. Because Raj was so detailed the hubby and I go to bed tonight stress free. We are now a part of the Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte family.

I made an appointment for my Audi Q5 30,000 miles maintenance along with tire rotation and state inspection. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and picked up later that day. William along with all the other associates working there were very pleasant and kindly explained everything that was done to my vehicle.
