In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Honest and straightforward. They made sure the used care we bought was operating correctly before they sold it to us.

I have had hybrid or electric cars the last 10 years. I wanted an electric SUV. I looked at 7 different vehicles. The Mercedes by far was superior. I also feel like it tracks to accurate mileage/battery life more accurately than my Tesla and I don?t have to charge as often. I highly recommend. C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

Good sales representative. Fair comments and not too pushing to sell. I saw the car unprepared not washed nor serviced. Later they got it ready to view again.

This dealership really does value its customers. I bought a CPO in August of 2024 and just yesterday, an EQB. They really do value the loyalty of repeating customers. I will no doubt return for a third time when my lease is up. I highly recommend purchasing/leasing from W.I. Simonson in Santa Monica.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
