We are seasonal residents in Palm Desert. After arriving from Canada, we noticed the check engine light was on. As the car was still under warranty, we made a service appointment. The problem was related to a service bulletin regarding a manufacturing defect in the cylinder head. The cylinder head was replaced along with all necessary related parts. This was done within a few days and the experience was seamless and painless. A service shuttle was provided too. We are very pleased with the quality of service and customer care. My husband spent 30 years in the automotive service industry and this dealer is a shining example of how it should be done. C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

We were from out of town, and had a check engine light come on while driving down to the Palm Springs area from the Bay Area. The service rep understood our issues, and although we did not have an appointment, he fit us in, had the problem analyzed and repaired, and got us back on the road.

For $2,800.00 the problem with the gas pressure device (and long cranking problem) was solved. But for some reason the car was put in valet mode which meant the top would not operate. I didn?t know what was wrong, so I returned to the dealer. The shop manager, I think his name is Brian, was Johnny-On-Spot and simply took the car out ov valet mode. Actually, it wasn?t simple. To put it in or out of valet mode, you have to get down on your knees at the back of the car and look up to the overhang of the license plate. There is a key slot that you either turn one way or the other to put it in valet mode or not. So, I learned that. And that was good. But having to go back and have them take it out of valet mode was an inconvenience that should not have been.

Purchase was easy and thorough made even more so by my salesman, Koby Alvarez, who was very thoughtful and solicitous and made the transaction go smoothly.
