Just had my 2013 Smart Passion Coupe serviced at this location on 6/07/2022. I have it serviced once every year due to low miles driven each year. This dealer is top shelf and I will continue to use them as long as I own the Smart car.

Just bought a 2017 E300 from David House. It was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. David is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. No pressure at all. I want to take a few moments and share my recent experience. Eddie not only exceeded my expectations but he changed my perception of the "dealership" experience. I was set on using Carvana as a service to purchase my car but knew I wanted to test drive the Mercedes I was looking to buy. The minute I met Eddie I was greeted with a warm and friendly face that put my mind at ease and allowed me to let my guard down and truly experience what Mercedes has to offer. From making sure I was comfortable with the financing (Nick was fantastic) to setting up a time for me to connect with Lisa ( who was absolutely incredible) to fully learn the accommodations my car had! He provided white glove service and held my hand every step of the way. I will recommend him specifically to anyone looking to buy a car and your dealership in particular. My first time owning a Mercedes while everyone warned me not to get one. Honestly I've used this car PRETTY rough, and it has held up better than my previous Daihatsu Copen, Civic 2014 and Accord CL7. It's a total workhorse, but alas, the parts really ARE expensive, ans servicing it is quite difficult as well. But all in all, its comfort is just impeccable and better than anything else I've ever drive in this price range. If you have a slightly higher budget for maintenance, I would 10/10 recommend you this car.

After an initial mix up with communication, Peter Armstrong got in touch with me and fixed everything. Michael the manager of service was great too! Really do their best to make things as stress free as possible. I had damage to the wires that connect to the coolant ( probably from rats) To other reviews complaining about warranty coverage: this is only for intrinsic issues, if an external force caused damage to the car it’s financially your responsibility, car insurance Policies are meant to be the responsible party for this. Also all the potential costs were quoted before anything was repaired. Hoping not to return again for any damage issues but Peter and Michael both did their best and I appreciate that!

From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine respect. My sales associate, Sunil, went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. The entire team was filled with kind, professional individuals who clearly value excellent customer service. Frank, the manager, was incredibly nice and readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I also had a fantastic experience with Hector in finance—he explained everything clearly, was extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though I have several Mercedes dealerships closer to me, I would gladly drive out of my way to return to this one. It was truly a five-star experience from start to finish.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

The buying process at this dealership was straightforward and went very smoothly. There was a great selection of vehicles on site, the vehicle I wanted was priced well, and they gave a fair value on my trades. Everyone I dealt with was very nice - I would recommend them!

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

Buying and or leasing a car could be on my list of life's bad experiences but a necessity if you need transportation. Having a driver's licence of over 50 years tells you I've been through the dance many times. I'm taking the time to write this review because I had an easy go at it this week thanks to Luke Svanberg my salesman and Rachel Babbit who finalized the deal and is working on my trade in payoff including extended warranty refund.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.
